Chef Nick began his culinary career in fine dining and has taken his passion across the globe. Nick joined the Peace Corps as an urban agriculture specialist in Senegal for two years where he spent time with his host aunts learning Senegalese cooking. After returning to the States, Nick continued his culinary work, training under Chef Jorge Marquez. Nick has worked with Feeding America, connecting with his community in an effort to mitigate food insecurity. Nick lives in Brooklyn with his wife Chloe.
